Instalove: No, but they both have residual feelings when the story begins from when they hooked up before. I never skimmed and I thought it flowed well. Point Of View (POV): This alternated between Charisma and Blaze's POV. There are some sad moments, some big life changes, some hot sexy times, and some drama.and they get a HEA ending. They end up in a class together and try at becoming friends before things heat up again. They both have a lot of baggage that contributed to their downfall, but they both are drawn to one another and can't move on. The story begins after winter break when they see each other for the first time since that happened. They had a 3 week fling that ended horribly when Blaze broke up with Charisma very publicly at a party. Overall Opinion: Wow! I went in thinking this was going to be another case of my expectations getting me because of my weakness for college athlete stories, but no! My low expectations were in my favor this time! Definitely the best of the 3 in this series so far (not listed as series but same characters and setting)! It tapped into my feels, it had complex characters, great chemistry in and out of bed between the characters, and some alright closure! I liked it! It could've had more closure and could've done without the OW drama (but I understood why it happened) - but it was good!
